My mission in life is to not only help people love themselves and feel better in their bodies, but to help them develop reverence for their bodies. I believe that you are the one and only expert of your body. I won't tell you what to do or where you're headed. I will help you figure out what matters to you, support you in prioritizing it, and offer suggestions along the way.

One-on-One Support
One-on-one sessions with me give you the individualized attention you need. Choose from Yoga Therapy sessions to help you manage your unique set of challenges and conditions, Private Yoga sessions to improve alignment and learn individualized modifications, and Wellness Coaching to get the support you need to incorporate new health-promoting habits into your life.

Workshops and Courses
I offer a selection of Yoga Therapy Workshops and Courses, which are educational experiences that provide a combination of theory and Yoga practices. Topics include Yoga for Diabetes, Yoga for Better Body Image, and Yoga for Stress Management. These offerings are available on a rotating basis. Click below for more information and upcoming dates. You may also hire me to teach them in your community.

The Sanctuary
Join my monthly online membership with 8 LIVE Yoga classes each month and 1 monthly community session. As a member, you’ll be nurtured and supported to grow and expand at your own pace. It’s a refuge from the harsh pressures, judgments, and criticisms of a world steeped in diet/fitness culture, ableism, and anti-fat bias. You can expect a mix of dynamic, restorative, and chair-based Yoga classes.
